Join us at Heels and Hounds, one of our largest and definitely our fanciest fundraising event of the year! We are in need of tech-savvy volunteers with exceptional customer service skills to assist us with checking guests in and out of the event through our Handbid software system. Volunteers will recieve training at the start of the event, so please be sure to arrive on time.
As we realize this is a long day, there will be time for a break from 11:30-12:45 to grab lunch or anything you need. Nevada Humane Society will also provide refreshments for our volunteers as well.
Housekeeping:
- Volunteers for this opportunity must be 21 or older.
- Training is required for this position. Training days will be offered multiple times on April 1st and 5th.
- If you are signing up for this opportunity, please allow ample time to park and find your way to the ballroom.
- Volunteers are asked to wear a minimum business blacks for this event, though you are welcome to dress fancier if you would like. If you have any questions as to what this entails, please contact us.
- As this is a very public facing position, please only sign up if you are comfortable being in large groups of people and can exhibit exemplary customer service skills.
